Shipping costs are €8 for home delivery and €6.50 for delivery to a pick-up point.

Shipping costs are €12.50 for home delivery and €10 for delivery to a pick-up point.

ou can return the item(s) purchased on www.re-ssentiel.com within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused and complete with their original tags. Returning an item is simple:

— Log in to your RE—SSENTIEL account and register your return.

— Download and print the pre-filled return label. It is available in your customer account under ‘My Orders’.*

— Pack the item(s) (max. 20 kg) in a sturdy box and include the delivery note. To help the environment, we encourage you to reuse cardboard boxes, choose appropriately sized packaging to avoid empty space, and opt for FSC-certified materials.

— Drop off the parcel at the location indicated on your return label.

We recommend keeping proof of shipment until the parcel has been received by our warehouse: take a photo of the label or note the tracking number. You will be refunded within 14 days after the items are received at our warehouse. The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the order.

Return shipping costs of €10 are at your expense.
